Sonia Bergeron and Jean-François Péloquin are the directors of the Karaté Sportif Varennes – Verchères school. Jean-François has been practising martial arts for over 25 years. He holds a 3rd dan black belt in karate, a 5th dan in judo and a 2nd dan in kickboxing. Sonia has a 3rd dan black belt in karate and a 2nd dan in kickboxing.
Both Jean-François and Sonia turn their passion and experience to good account, guiding their students on the great adventure of earning their black belt.
