John McCormick is the Director of the Karaté Sportif Sainte-Julie – Saint-Amable school. John holds a 3rd dan black belt in karate. He has been involved with the Karaté Sportif group for over 13 years, first as a student, then as an instructor and finally as Director.
Through its martial arts training, the Karaté Sportif group encourages the development of self-respect, respect for others, perseverance and personal discipline.
