Christopher Lavinscas is the Director of the Karaté Sportif Sainte-Dorothée school. Christopher is a 6th dan black belt and has been teaching the sport karate program since the age of 13.
Through its martial arts training, the Karaté Sportif group encourages the development of self-respect, respect for others, perseverance and self-discipline. For Christopher, it’s also an opportunity for his students to improve their concentration and their control over their emotions.
