Through martial arts, children develop techniques for concentration and anger management, while nurturing their self-esteem and self-confidence.

Be an inspiring role model: team up with your kids! Practicing karate as a family is a great way to strengthen your bond while perfecting your learning.

In addition to learning self-defense techniques, karate allows you to develop your physical and mental skills, at your own pace and according to your goals.

The Karaté Sportif Saint-Laurent – Pierrefonds – Roxboro school, located on rue du Collège-Beaubois in Pierrefonds, offers karate classes to people of all ages and levels.
Carl Gauthier is the Director of Karaté Sportif Saint-Laurent – Pierrefonds – Roxboro. Carl has over 30 years’ teaching experience. He holds a 7th dan black belt in karate and is one of the founding members of the Groupe Karaté Sportif.
Through its martial arts training, Groupe Karaté Sportif encourages the development of self-respect, respect for others, perseverance and self-discipline.
As part of the programs he teaches, Carl encourages his students to reproduce, at school and at home, the behaviours learned during the classes.
