The Karaté Sportif Saint-Jérôme – Bellefeuille – Saint-Colomban school, located on boulevard de la Salette in Saint-Jérôme’s Bellefeuille sector, offers karate classes to people of all ages and levels. The school also offers an integration program for children with special needs.
Simon Bernier and Marie-Noël Colussi are the directors of the Karaté Sportif Saint-Jérôme – Bellefeuille – Saint-Colomban school. Simon holds a 5th dan black belt in karate. He has been practising this martial art for over 20 years. Marie-Noël has a 1st dan black belt in karate.
Over the years, Simon and Marie-Noël have noticed that martial arts classes improve self-confidence in both adults and children, sharpen motor skills and coordination, and stimulate concentration.
