The Karaté Sportif Mirabel – Saint-Augustin school, located on rue Saint-Jacques in Mirabel, offers karate and kickboxing classes to people of all ages and levels.
Annie Pier Forget, Francisco Poirier, Michel Forget and Kevin Langlois are the directors of the Karaté Sportif Mirabel – Saint-Augustin school. Annie Pier holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and has been a karateka since 1999. She is a 6th dan black belt. Francisco has a double 3rd dan black belt in karate and kickboxing. Michel holds a 6th dan black belt in karate. And Kevin has a 5th dan black belt in karate.
Through its martial arts training, the Karaté Sportif group encourages the development of self-respect, respect for others, perseverance and self-discipline. The school’s Management team has also noticed that their young students develop a greater ability to make informed decisions, both at school and at home.
