The directors of the Karaté Sportif Blainville – Saint-Janvier – Domaine Vert Nord school are Simon Bernier and Nickolas Marandola. Simon holds a 5th dan black belt in karate. He has been practising this martial art for over 20 years. Nickolas is a 4th dan black belt in karate, which he has been practising for almost 15 years.
Through its martial arts training, the Karaté Sportif group encourages the development of self-respect, respect for others, perseverance and self-discipline. For Simon and Nickolas, karate also helps develop self-confidence in both children and adults.
