Eric Hébert, Director of the Karaté Sportif La Plaine school, discovered karate at the age of 10. In fact, he was one of the first students of Marcelin Cantin, President and CEO of Groupe Karaté Sportif. Today, he holds a 4th dan black belt in karate.
Through its martial arts training, the Karaté Sportif group encourages the development of self-respect, respect for others, perseverance and self-discipline.
