In this program, children develop their physical and psychomotor skills through martial arts movements, games, exercises and entertaining sports trails.
Duration: 30 minutes
Age: 6-12
Through martial arts, children develop techniques for concentration and anger management, while nurturing their self-esteem and self-confidence.
Duration: 45 minutes
Age: 13+
In addition to learning self-defense techniques, karate allows you to develop your physical and mental skills, at your own pace and according to your goals.
