Steve Cantin and Christopher Lavinscas are the directors of the Karaté Sportif Sainte-Marthe-sur-le-Lac – Oka – Deux-Montagnes school. Steve is a 6th dan black belt in karate. Christopher is also a 6th dan black belt and has been teaching the sport karate program since the age of 13.
Through its martial arts training, the Karaté Sportif group encourages the development of self-respect, respect for others, perseverance and self-discipline.
Steve and Christopher have also witnessed the real enthusiasm sparked in young students, who see the results of their hard work and dedication.
