In this program, children develop their physical and psychomotor skills through martial arts movements, games, exercises and entertaining sports trails.
Age: 6-12
Through martial arts, children develop techniques for concentration and anger management, while nurturing their self-esteem and self-confidence.

The Karaté Sportif Chomedey – Laval-des-Rapides school, located on boulevard Saint-Martin Ouest in Laval, offers karate classes to people of all ages and levels.
Christopher Lavinscas, Director of the Karaté Sportif Chomedey – Laval-des-Rapides school, is a 6th dan black belt and has been teaching the sport karate program since the age of 13. Assistant Director Vanessa Savage is a 2nd dan black belt in karate.
Through its martial arts training, the Karaté Sportif group encourages the development of self-respect, respect for others, perseverance and self-discipline. According to Christopher, practising martial arts at any age can bring out the courage that lies dormant in each individual.
