The Karaté Sportif Candiac school, located on boulevard de l’Industrie in Candiac, offers karate and kickboxing classes to people of all ages and levels.
Stéphanie Meloche is the Director of Karaté Sportif Candiac and Patrick Poulin is the Assistant Director. Stéphanie has been practising karate since the age of 8 and now holds a 6th dan black belt. Patrick is a 4th dan black belt.
Through its martial arts training, the Karaté Sportif group encourages the development of self-respect, respect for others, perseverance and self-discipline. Stéphanie’s mission is to help youngsters and adults develop confidence and control their emotions.
