In this program, children develop their physical and psychomotor skills through martial arts movements, games, exercises and entertaining sports trails.

Through martial arts, children develop techniques for concentration and anger management, while nurturing their self-esteem and self-confidence.

Be an inspiring role model: team up with your kids! Practicing karate as a family is a great way to strengthen your bond while perfecting your learning.

In addition to learning self-defense techniques, karate allows you to develop your physical and mental skills, at your own pace and according to your goals.

The Karaté Sportif Saint-Eustache school, located on rue Saint-Louis in Saint-Eustache, offers karate classes to people of all ages and levels.
Steve Cantin and Christopher Lavinscas are the directors of the Karaté Sportif Saint-Eustache school. Steve is a 6th dan black belt in karate. Christopher is also a 6th dan black belt and has been teaching the sport karate program since the age of 13.
Through its martial arts training, the Karaté Sportif group encourages the development of self-respect, respect for others, perseverance and self-discipline. According to Christopher and Steve, learning a martial art also helps develop organizational skills and even greater sincerity.
