The objective of the program is to entertain and discover the richness of the martial arts world. Through flexible and coordinated movements, body and mind unite to maintain the balance necessary for present well-being and future betterment.

The curriculum respects students’ abilities and includes a large number of combinations, forms, techniques of self-defence and handing of martial weapons allowing students to deepen their learning.
